Thunderobot Accelerator issued an apology and compensation announcement today. The team apologizes to all affected users for the service disruption caused yesterday by a malicious cyberattack.
The announcement stated that as of 23:20 yesterday, all platform services had been fully restored. The account assets and personal data of affected users remained safe and secure throughout the process, with no leaks reported. Affected users included those currently logging in and some users who had accelerated their accounts.
As an apology, Thor has prepared a special compensation of 50 hours of pauseable gameplay for users. All compensation will be sent to all players’ in-game messages within 24 hours of this announcement. Please check your messages and manually claim the compensation.
As previously reported, Thunder Accelerator issued an “Emergency Statement Regarding a Malicious Cyber Attack on Thunder Accelerator” last night. Starting at 21:00 on March 21, Thunder Accelerator detected a large-scale, continuous illegal malicious traffic attack, causing users in some regions to experience login difficulties, client loading timeouts, and connection interruptions.
