Anker has issued a statement on Weibo, stating that recently, some criminals have been impersonating the company’s trademarks and brand name on social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Weibo, forging official identities, and inducing consumers to pay to join groups under the pretext of “lottery activities”.
In response, Anker stated that the company’s official activities are only released through the official website (fill in the form) and officially verified accounts. Please recognize the official channels.

“Our company has never organized any lottery activities on any social media platform that require advance payment or group invitations;
“Any activities conducted in our name without our official authorization are unrelated to our company.
“Our company has secured evidence through legal means and will pursue legal action against the relevant infringing parties in accordance with the law.
“If you encounter a similar situation, please be vigilant to avoid financial loss and report the incident to the police in a timely manner.”
