Qijing Auto officially announced today that its new generation of intelligent shooting brake coupe for the AI era will be unveiled on March 17. It will be equipped with the world’s highest mass-produced 896-line LiDAR, Huawei XMC digital engine chassis, HarmonySpace cockpit, and L3-level architecture.
The High-Quality Development Conference held in Guangzhou on February 25, Qijing, a new high-end intelligent new energy vehicle brand jointly created by GAC and Huawei, announced its new car plan for 2026: to launch two new models.
The first model is positioned as a new generation of intelligent shooting brake coupe. The car has successfully completed key verification stages such as extreme cold winter testing and is expected to be officially launched in June this year
Official previews previously revealed that the Huawei Qiankun | Qijing Intelligent Shooting Brake Coupe supports “five-dimensional motion vector control,” with precise coordination of three motors, suspension, and steering, claiming to be faster and more stable when cornering at high speeds.
With “dynamic steering assist” activated, the car can achieve smooth, non-deviation-swerving braking even on mixed asphalt and icy surfaces (asphalt adhesion coefficient ≈ 0.7, ice adhesion coefficient ≈ 0.1), while also supporting stable, high-speed continuous lane changes.
The new vehicle also challenged a 40% gradient ice and snow climbing scenario, using “three-motor traction control” to achieve adaptive slip rate recognition on the slope, preventing slippage and rollback.
