It was noted that on March 7, the Shenzhen Longgang District Artificial Intelligence (Robotics) Bureau issued a public notice soliciting opinions on the ” Several Measures of Shenzhen Longgang District to Support the Development of OpenClaw & OPC (Draft for Solicitation of Opinions),” which has attracted widespread attention.
The measures encourage market-oriented and professional platforms to launch “Lobster Service Areas,” providing free OpenClaw deployment services, with subsidies offered to eligible platforms; and provide support for the development and promotion of OpenClaw-like intelligent agent tools. Projects contributing key code to mainstream international communities, developing and listing skills packages related to Longgang’s advantageous industries on skills trading platforms, and developing applications combined with embodied intelligent devices will receive subsidies of up to 2 million yuan upon verification.
For the purchase of data governance, annotation, and data asset entry services for the development, application, and research related to the OpenClaw framework, a 50% discount will be granted based on the actual cost. For the purchase of AI NAS (Lobster Box), a self-developed, out-of-the-box product, a subsidy of 30% of the market price will be granted.
The “OpenClaw Digital Employee Application Voucher” program will be implemented to support enterprises in purchasing or building their own OpenClaw intelligent agent solutions. Subsidies will be provided up to 40% of the total investment in the project, with a maximum of 2 million yuan per enterprise per year.
