According to a report by gaming media Insider Gaming today, the official Korean website for Pokémon Champions indicates that the mobile version of the game will be released in June this year.

For reference, this game will be released on April 8th for the Switch 1/2 platforms, featuring both singles and doubles battles.

Players can compete against trainers worldwide, with ranked battles, casual battles, and private battles where players can create their own rules with friends. Players can earn VP (Battle Points) through ranked battles and other means to strengthen their teams.

This game will adopt a free-to-play model with in-app purchases. Pokémon will primarily be obtained through gacha pulls. Through “Trial Recruitment,” players can recruit Pokémon for a limited time, with one free attempt per day (Does not consume VP).

In addition, players can bring the Switch versions of FireRed and LeafGreen into this game through Pokémon Home. However, the titles mentioned in the live stream included both console and mobile versions, meaning that players can bring the vast majority of their existing Pokémon into the game.
